Hi! I’m Nicolle!
The owner and creator of ConVino Board.
As the name suggests, ConVino means ‘with wine’ which is how I like to enjoy making memories with friends and family- over a glass of wine and good food to pair along with it.
My passion for food and wine started years ago after traveling to 30 different countries and exploring European vineyards. I picked up a love for entertaining and expressing my creativity through being in the kitchen.
When the world turned upside down in 2020, I wasn’t able to travel for a while and instead spent way more time in the kitchen- trying out new recipes, making cheese boards and discovering a love for a variety of cheese & wine pairings. I have always loved cheese (parmesan is my favorite) and have made more cheese boards than one can count. There is so much that goes into making one- from choosing the right cheeses, cutting the cheese to make it look fancy & creating unique pairings.
ABOUT ConVino Board
I decided to start ConVino Board, a business where I combined both my passions of teaching & cheese to help others learn the art behind this valuable hostessing skill- making a cheese & charcuterie board. I have taught over 450 virtual charcuterie & cheese board making events, where we ship cheese kits all over the US and I show people step by step how to cut, pair and create a beautifully aesthetic spread!
As my community grew on social media, my business slowly expanded to me sharing other appetizer and pre-dinner snack creations. I wanted to show people that hosting didn’t have to be complicated. From baked brie to simple pre-dinner snacks to themed dinner parties- there is so much I love to share to help others plan and elevate their next dinner party. With easy delicious go-to recipes, hosting can be a breeze.
There is no greater joy than having people over and seeing them enjoy your artful tablescape, delicious food, with a glass of wine in hand laughing along with good company.
