Brie & Apple Galette
This oozy brie cheese wrapped in puff pastry and smothered in apples, cinnamon & honey won’t last long on your appetizer table! It has all the flavors of fall and is so easy to make!

Ingredients for Brie & Apple Galette
This appetizer requires only a few ingredients and has all the flavors of FALL! It’s the perfect appetizer to make when hosting people over. Gather the ingredients below and this will take you under 20 minutes to make.
brie cheese
puff pastry
red & green apple
cinnamon
honey
egg
fresh thyme
TIP: cut your apple slices really thin, I find that they they fit better in the galette and taste delicious like this!

Brie & Apple Galette
Ingredients
- 8oz brie cheese
- 1 puff pastry sheet
- 1/2 red apple
- 1/2 green apple
- 1/2 tbsp cinnamon
- 2-3 tbsp honey
- 1 egg (egg wash)
- fresh thyme (garnish)
Instructions
- Pre-heat your oven to 400F and line a baking tray with parchment paper
- Put your puff pastry on a baking sheet
- Cut your brie cheese into slices and cut your apples into thin slices apple slices
- Add your brie cheese slices down first then arrange your apple slices on top
- Fold in the edges of your puff pastry sheet
- Brush the puff pastry sheet with egg wash
- Sprinkle on some cinnamon
- Bake for 15 minutes or until puff pastry is golden brown
- Out of the oven drizzle on honey, more cinnamon and fresh thyme as a garnish
- Cut and enjoy warm!
TIP: drizzle the honey on AFTER this bakes! If you bake honey it becomes very liquidy and watery. It’s always best to put on after.
