  • 2 tbsp hot honey (optional garnish)
  • 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese (optional garnish)
  • 2 tbsp chopped basil (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 400 F and lightly grease a 9.5" bundt pan or loaf pan
  2. In a large separate bowl, add in melted garlic butter, herbs, mozzarella, pepperoni & Brazi Bites and toss everything together
  3. Then add half of that mixture to the greased pan with 1-2 tbsp of sauce on top
  4. Then the rest of the pizza dough ball mixture and top with a bit more sauce (you don't want to add too much sauce or it will be watery). Then cover with foil to bake
  5. Bake in the oven covered for 20 minutes then uncovered to get golden brown and crispy for another 15 minutes!
  6. Out of the oven wait 10 min before flipping
  7. Top with a drizzle of hot honey, Parmesan cheese, basil and ENJOY with a side of pizza sauce or marinara or even ranch dressing! Yum.

Notes

If you can't find Brazi Bread Cheese bites you can also use: pizza dough or biscuit dough rolled into balls. You can Find Brazi Bites near you here. I got mine in the frozen section at Walmart.
