You can find ingredients below so you can easily shop for these.
sweet rolls
prosciutto
brie cheese
hot honey
balsamic glaze
heirloom tomatoes
arugula
olive oil
flaky sea salt
Quality of brie cheese matters! I always recommend using a brie cheese that is French- brie cheese originated in France so if it is French you know it’s creamy, has notes of mushroom and will melt really well!
You’ll want to dress your arugula- which simply means tossing with a bit of olive oil and sea salt. This makes it less bitter, more flavorful and perfect for adding to a sandwich.
TIP: cut your tomato slices really thin, I find that they they fit better in the sandwich and taste delicious like this! Especially for a fresh summer bite
Ingredients:
Kings Hawaiian Sweet Rolls- these are the rolls I got from the grocery store to make this recipe. You can find them at just about any grocery store in the bread section. They are the perfect buttery buns for a sandwich!
Prosciutto- pairs beautifully with brie cheese and holds up well when added to a sandwich ahead of time. You can also substitute with mortadella or salami.
Hot Honey- for those that haven’t tried brie cheese and hot honey- WHAT are you waiting for. They are a killer combination and the hot honey adds a nice little kick to these mini sliders. TIP: add the hot honey and balsamic glaze after you put down your brie cheese slices so they can both soak into the slits between the cheese slices. Holds the condiments perfectly on the sliders!
Heirloom Tomatoes- you can really use any tomatoes you like but I love heirloom tomatoes for summer recipes. They are crisp, fresh and perfectly ripe this time of year.

Add the hot honey and balsamic glaze after the brie cheese slices so that the condiments can seep into the cheese slices crevices and soak into the sliders perfectly!
