Ingredients for Lemon boursin pasta
Boursin cheese is one that is very versatile in dishes. There are lots of flavors to choose from but for this I like to use the garlic and herb- a classic! It offers that pasta a creaminess paired with a bit of garlic and packed with flavor. It also pairs beautifully with the asparagus, peas and lemon! Feel free to get adventurous and try another Boursin flavor if you’d like.
You really only need a handful of ingredients to make this one. You might even have all of them in your fridge right now.
Ingredients you need to make this recipe:
Boursin Cheese
Lemons

Shallot
Garlic
Asparagus
Peas
Pasta
Parmesan cheese
Salt & pepper
My favorite baking dishes to use are either from Staub or Pyrex- great quality and they are easy to clean even after the toughest of bakes. At such a great price point you can’t go wrong!
Ingredients:
Boursin cheese- HUGE fan of Boursin cheese. It is one of those cheeses that just goes well with everything and I use it in a lot of my recipes. I like the garlic and fine herbs for this recipe but feel free to use any flavor Boursin you’d like. If you are looking for a substitute, try feta, brie cheese or even goat cheese would be great with this.
Lemons- Adds in that zest to pair really nicely with the warmer season ahead. Lemon adds a lot of flavor to this pasta and is delicious when baked.
Asparagus & Peas- These are seasonal vegetables to add into the pasta bake that are flavorful and go really well with lemon and Boursin cheese. You do not have to included these or you can always substitute for something else, like perhaps tomatoes!
