Charcuterie Cup Buckets

Charcuterie & cheese is one of the best appetizers to serve if you are having people over. To make these Summer party ready, add all your food items into these cute mini beach buckets. Guests can enjoy having a bite in one hand and a glass of wine in the other while they chat with friends and family at your party. These are perfect to serve for a beach or costal themed party. You can customize them to add in anything you’d like inside and I love how the mini shovels are perfect to fit in your favorite honey or jam! 🏖️🐚

Ingredients for flower pot charcuterie cups

This appetizer requires minimal ingredients and you can add in anything you’d like - think seasonal items or if you are having a themed party to include like color items. You can add in cheese, charcuterie, a honey stick, fruit, dried fruit, nuts, chocolate, grapes, veggies, a vegetable dip- I like to top mine with a cocktail umbrella for the festive Summer beachy touch!

Here’s a list of ingredients that I used to make mine: 

  • Walnuts

  • Crackers

  • Gouda cheese

  • Salami

  • White cheddar cheese

  • Grapes

  • Raspberries

  • Honey

  • Mini cocktail umbrella (garnish)

For crackers, I like to add in a long cracker to add some height to the charcuterie cup. I love these ones by Firehook Crackers as they have different flavors to choose from.

I used these multicolored beach buckets for the charcuterie cup. I have also linked a few below for options if you are looking to do more of a solid color- like pink, white or blue. these would be super cute at a costal themed party to serve up as appetizers.

Flower Pot Charcuterie Cups

A fun beachy way to serve cheese & charcuterie this Summer is in these mini colorful beach buckets! These hand held appetizers are easy for kids & adults to grab and snack on for any get together and have sweet and savory bites inside.

Ingredients

  • Walnuts
  • Crackers
  • 6 oz Gouda cheese
  • 8 oz Salami
  • 6 oz White Cheddar cheese
  • Grapes
  • Raspberries
  • Honey

Instructions

  1. Place all your charcuterie buckets down and add in one item at a time to each bucket to ensure you don't miss any food items.
  2. Making a charcuterie cup is easy! Add in your smallest food item first and then add in the bigger ones to fill in the cup
  3. First add in your walnuts or nuts of choice
  4. Then add in your long cracker, gouda cheese triangle slice and grapes
  5. Create your charcuterie fold by folding a piece of salami in half and then in half again. Add into a fancy hors d'oeuvres skewer and then add on a cheddar cheese cubes as this pairs well with the salami!
  6. Add the salami and cheddar skewer into the charcuterie bucket
  7. Add some honey or jam into the mini bucket shovel and add that on top of the bucket securely
  8. Finally, add on a raspberry or two and then finish off with a cocktail umbrella to tie in that beachy theme!
  9. Serve right away OR to keep fresh put all the assembled charcuterie pots in a big foil container like this and cover them with a damp piece of paper towel for up to 24 hours (just leave out your crackers, these should always be added in right before serving for optimal freshness) This will keep everything fresh!
